"Perfect place to stay! Beach is amazing, and great for snorkeling and finding sea glass. Easy walk to several restaurants and a short drive to the Super U, to keep snacks and drinks in the room. Studio is cute and clean. Met some great people that own studios in the same building. Julia was very sweet and answered any questions. Check in and out was extremely easy."

"This was a lifesaver for us. We had to rebook our flights out of sxm and were Already in grand case — felt so lucky to find this gem. Our room was Almandier which was very spacious and even had a daybed. There’s a little fridge and a safe and a small TV as well. Some of the other rooms were quite small and didn’t have as much of the amenities so you just have to be careful when you’re booking for the level of room you want. The best thing about this property was that it was directly across the street from four of the major beach clubs in Grrand case and you could literally just stroll across the street and onto the beach. It’s also right in the center of all the fabulous restaurants and shops in Grrand case super walkable. So if you don’t want to rent a car and just want a beach vacation in a nice village, this is a great place to stay. We also love the restaurant we ate there twice. The food was delicious. It’s not the fanciest of places, but it’s well-maintained and the staff is really nice. There’s a little courtyard where you can sit and have your tea in the morning and a garden as well. It’s like a cross between a no-frills property and a nice comfortable hotel."
dream vacation, feet in the water

"Clean beautiful spacious. Host needs a leave a instruction manual for some of the bigger electronic items in house but after some small thinking we were able to use everything. Kayaks SUP jacuzzi cards pool table ping pong & more. Slide has water pump so you are not sliding on hot plastic. Plenty of fans to beat the sweating. We loved all the outdoor seating areas. Perfect. I would definitely rent again. One down side was is that there are no tvs IN EVERY room. Bummer. There are tvs outside don't think they work or we could not get them to turn on. So I would suggest to host to add tvs to all bed room. Smart TV so we can cast from our phone or log in to apps. All in all I want to go back. Super happy family. 2 teens 2 kids 6 adults. No one cried for space "

"The host very communicative and responsive, he is super fast on your request ,the beach view is amazing, and also to see the beautiful sunset. The Small Breakfast at Rainbow Cafe is included its a + I recommend the place. Location + Layout of the Unit is perfect The access to the beach is perfect. Im my humble opinion I do recommend this place."

"I showed up two hours early and it was a holiday and the staff were still there and ready to check me in. Place was clean, spacious, tons of patio space and a restaurant plus there was no one else there so it was like a villa to myself. Watch out for falling mangos, other than that, slice of paradise within paradise"

"This is fantastic spot on SXM. Walk to awesome beaches - Friars annd Happy, around the corner (20 min) from Grand Case and beautifully situated for the evening sunset.The villa was well laid out, both bedrooms were of equal form and function. Kitchen had everything you needed. We loved outdoor dining overlooking the pool.The turtles and visiting iguanas were welcome guests.Thanks!"
