Everything is great. Only caution is finding the building. The address on Expedia doesn't take you the right building. The property manager was very helpful and courteous. Definitely good place to go again.

Everything is very good, the hotel owner is friendly and the guide is very enthusiastic The driver took us to the wrong location but the hotel owner booked another car for us, which was really nice for this The room is fully equipped with a kitchen for cooking, my wife really likes this, and the balcony is large enough for me to sit and smoke and watch the city. If I have a chance, I will return to this apartment.

Everything is fine, quiet space and comfortable apartment, enthusiastic support from the boss here, pick up and drop off service at the airport, will come back next time if there is a meeting nearby

Horrible check in process. Not a hotel, no front desk you have to contact them by calling then show receipt then download Zalo and communicate through Zalo to get check in instruction. This was not communicated during booking

I was skeptical reading other comments but then it happened to me. The host was unreachable and i was never able to check in and stay at the property. The worst was I got charged for it, Orbitz tried to but couldnt reach the host also but refused to refund my credit card and I am still in the process of getting my money back. Orbitz should be ashamed of putting these properties in there listings. The last thing a tourist wants is to show up at a foreign property with no way to check in and have to find last minute accommodation.

Do not recommend this place for anyone.

Horrible check in, there are no front desk. I called them many times, sent them a lot of messages via Zalo (the app you need to have to travel to Vietnam), but they didn't answer. I contacted hotels.com and asked for their help. However, hotels.com didn't even contact them. Hotels.com can't do anything after that. I have to book another hotel straight away. I get no refund from them. At least they need to say something. Do not recommend this place for anyone.
