All the staff were very welcoming and I can feel that they are genuinely concerned and care for each guests. It’s our first time staying in this apartment and definitely won’t be the last!

Perfect stay!

the apartment has a pleasant scent, bedroom is nicely arranged and tidy. we can request for towels to be changed every day but not cleaned every day. the balcony has a good view because it is on the 30th floor. the bathtub is difficult to use and the water flows a bit slow. there are full kitchen utensils for my family to cook a full meal. everything I write in a happy mood because of the wonderful vacation.

BEWARE THIS PLACE

BEWARE!! Do not book this place. We booked this place and had seen there was an option for a late check in upon request. We contacted the owner days before travel. The owner would read it and not respond. Finally on the day of travel the owner finally responded and said okay to our late check in at 10pm. We thought okay cool everything is good. We were so wrong. First off the actual address on hotels.com is not accurate on gps. Local taxi will bring you to that address on hotels.com and it’s a business building. The actual residence is around the corner down the street in a different building. Secondly, the owner would not respond when we arrived in Vietnam. He would read the messages and not respond. We made it at the agreed on time and no one was there. We called and called the owner and he would not answer. After standing outside for over 30 minutes trying to make him answer us…the owner responded and basically told us he left early and he wasn’t coming back to let us in. We had to go book at a hotel. Long story short, we did everything right on our end. Contacted the residence. Agreed on a time. Continued to update him when we arrived in Vietnam and our exact eta. Arrived at the appointed time. And the owner scammed us out of our money since he didn’t want to come open the door. Also hotels.com couldn’t refund us because it was out of their hands because the owner lied and said we came too late or who knows what lie. Also it wasn’t a language barrrier.
