"Hot tub DOES NOT work. The site has multiple pictures of said hot tub. I messaged the property and was told hot tub was open until 11pm for adults. That is not true. Family was lioking forward to using it. "

"Bathroom was very dingy and didn't feel clean. Soap scum and cracks in the wall and grout was yellow with cracks. For the money we paid I was not pleased. Rest of room was clean but bed wasn't very comfortable. Didn't use any amenities outside of the room as we were traveling through. "

"Have stayed previously. Like that it’s has tunnel to the convention center. Although it was not accessible due to upgrades being done. It happens. The big bummer was the hot tub being out of commission. We were bummed about that. Happens but that’s one of the main reasons we stay here. "

"The room was clean for the most part despite the appearance throughout the hallways. I was a bit skeptical but it served the overall purpose. I was only in town for a night. Toiletries were subpar and the water backed up in the sink. The Jed was comfortable. "

"Booked room about 3 Weeks ago for a comedy show in the area...the day of the show...go an email from the hotel saying "the elevator" was down...thinking it might be working in time for check-in...get to the hotel just to find out the elevator been down since October 25'..this should've been know well before check-in date...so now it's either go pay 3x as much for a close hotel or walk up 3 flights of steps because no one in the area has rooms available...VERY POOR MANAGEMENT 😡😡😡‼️"
