Check in was great Andrew was great, Phillip was very accomadating and helpful however the night clerk was not very sensitive when I found a bug in my bed. He did arrange for another room and stated I would not be charged for parking but I was charged for parking and I didn't rest well in the changed room.

Your staff has to work around some cracks in the amenities you all provide. The morning coffee was lukewarm. I was told the coffee machine in the back kitchen was malfunctioning. We asked for Chardonnay, and they were out of it. On the flip side, the staff was terrific, from the front desk, to housekeeping to bar service.
