Bei meiner Ankunft, zugegeben kurz vor Mitternacht, hatte das Empfangspersonal ein Fax von hotels.com vorliegen mit einem vereinbarten Zimmerpreis, war mit diesem aber nicht zufrieden und wollte daher von mir eine Aufzahlung haben ! Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard. "
