Quiet and comfortable hotel

The hotel is located in the new Hangzhou cbd so it was extremely quiet on weekends. The nearest metro station was a mere 5 mins away on foot, and you will pass by 2 convenience stores and some small eateries along the way as well. The hotel itself seemed new. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Service was amazing from the efficient check in, to the thoughtful room service staff who left us extra bottles of water everyday, along with a cheery note which warmed our hearts. The hotel also provided for guests to have deliveries of parcels and food.
