"Very clean and modern looking hotel. Check in was really easy and didn’t have issues getting in. Breakfast was a buffet with a set variety for the 2 nights of my stay. Bed was comfortable and the blanket was the perfect thickness for me. "

"Love the shower, firm pressure. Rooms were clean, and amenities were nice. My only wish is that they would make the bed when they come in. They clean the room every 3 days, but they come in and do a light touch-up daily, and I wish they would make the bed on those days."

"This was our first trip to Japan for me and my 2 kids (13 and 16 year olds). Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. There was a 7-11 close by which was very handy so we could stock our fridge with onigiri and snacks. The toaster in the room was great for breakfast goodies. Room was very comfortable and clean. There wasn't a lot of moving room which didn't bother us but made opening suitcases tricky. Hotel was about 16 mins walk to Kyoto Station which doesn't sound bad but tiring after being out all day. There are bus stops close to it though."
