Awesome location, infinity pool with ocean view - nothing beats that! Only one restaurant (being in a remote location, it’s understandable) but fortunately, the restaurant has many really good options; great food and excellent service. Overall, everything was perfect: the bungalow and the staff (front desk & shuttle drivers).

A Wonderful Anniversary Experience at the Hana Maui Resort by Hyatt!! The entire staff at breakfast was great! Since we had an extended stay, we meet and got to know many of the staff at the resort and restaurant. They were very sweet and made us feel like family. All the drivers were very helpful and had great tips on things to do in HANA. In the Art gallery we found extraordinary gifts that helped tremendously with making the visit to Hana and the resort memorable. We had an incredible Anniversary experience and the resort and staff made it possible.

The oldest hotel on Maui. Beautifully manicured grounds, very peaceful. Our room was quite sizable in one of the cottages. Quite pricey, but as it is remote and you get the 5* experience despite the fact that you can see the hotel isn’t the most modern. Overall wonderfull and very friendly staff!

My husband and I stayed at the Hana Maui resort for our honeymoon. We stayed for 10 nights, which we were quickly told by locals is much longer than most people tend to stay in Hāna. We are so glad that we did! This resort is beautiful, clean, and perfect for anyone who enjoys a quiet stay. Upon checking in we were given a free upgrade without even asking! Staff are very kind and helpful, and they have golf carts available to drive you between locations at the resort. We would highly recommend trying the water journey at the spa!

The ocean/mountain/ground views were unique, and beautiful. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The bungalow was exceptional, with views, close to parking lot, and roomy. No TV. What a great idea.

Spiders, spiders and more spiders everywhere in our bathroom. The room has been cleaned but then unused for enough time that there were spiders webs hanging in the shower, across the bathroom ceiling, up the walls in the toilet area and the tub had spiders everywhere. Most alive and actively spinning webs. We walked to the front desk, because the room phone didn’t work, and asked for housekeeping to come clean. We waited 3 hours for housekeeping before we gave up and went to bed.
