"Room smell like dog "

"Unfortunately this was not a good stay for me. It was my graduation weekend and nothing was up to par. For one, the hot tub was out of order and the pool was freezing cold. It was booked that hotel purposely for hot tub, so it was very disappointing. For second, the air conditioning the first night was terrible. We had to open a window. A mechanic came the next day but had to go in and out our room; very uncomfortable. Lastly, the hotels restaurant “Bristo” closed so we weren’t able to get food when the sign says closed at 10. We were told “if it’s not busy, we close down early”. It was just a weekend of unfortunate events. "

"Hotel was located in what felt to be a safe area of town. The room was clean. The shower water pressure was weak thus and unsatisfying shower in the morning. I'd rate this hotel as satisfactory and would stay here again."

"The breakfast was tasty, but not very hot. The bed was terrific, the sofa bed has really bad cushions. The bathroom doors does not close. The highlight was the front desk agents, especially Rachel. They were always smiling and helpful. Thanks."
