"Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. Although the room initially appeared clean, during my stay I developed a stye, a bacterial infection in the eyelid, which made me seriously question the hygiene standards of the place. Additionally, all the common areas were under renovation, so I was unable to use any of the facilities. There was also visible dirt in these areas, which made the experience even worse. The breakfast was also very poor. It was served on disposable foam plates with low-quality plastic utensils, which made it feel more like a makeshift cafeteria than a hotel service. The food, especially the eggs, tasted bad and lacked quality. Overall, this hotel has several important areas to improve. Personally, I would not stay here again."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The service was excellent before we even stepped through the door. Our flight was significantly delayed, but my mother arrived on schedule hours before us. Even though her name wasn't originally on the reservation, the staff was incredibly accommodating—they allowed her to check in early and ensured her room was ready well before the standard time. It was such a relief knowing she was settled while we were stuck at the airport. The accommodations themselves were fantastic. Our room was spacious, spotless, and provided a much more relaxing environment than the cramped rooms you often find directly on the Strip. My kids had a blast at the pool, which was a major highlight for them. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the extra space. We will definitely be back!"
