"Convenient location. Good lighting and outlets. Good bed. Good hot breakfast options. White bath towels were disappointing with only one face cloth and one stained bath towel and shower curtain. Hot water did not last long. Dripping tub faucet reported to front desk."

"This is my go to hotel when I am in town. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and it’s in a prime location. It is located near multiple restaurants, shopping options and various activities. Plus the coffee is always fresh. "

"Check-in was very frustrating. I did not receive clear instructions ahead of time and ended up waiting about an hour after arrival before I could access the property. I had to contact Vrbo customer service to resolve the issue.Communication throughout the stay was inconsistent. There were no instructions provided for basic things like trash disposal, which created unnecessary confusion. I also had work-related packages delivered during my stay that were time-sensitive, and there were delays in getting them, which impacted my schedule.Additionally, there were dogs on the property roaming freely that would approach the vehicle closely upon arrival. This created an uncomfortable situation when pulling in, as they were getting very close to the car while in motion and no one was present to manage them.I was also charged 300 for a very small dent in the wall (about the size of a coin), which felt excessive for the level of damage.The property itself was fine, but the overall experience could have been much smoother with clearer communication and better coordination."

"The kitchen was clean, but the sink kept backing up. Also the washer and dryer is very outdated. Everytime we tried to wash, the washer machine just wash but wouldn’t rinse the clothes, lucky my mom lives nearby so we just wash over there. Very frustrating since it was freezing cold every day. The railing on the steps needs to be fix, it’s coming away from the wall making it very difficult to carry your luggage upstairs since you can’t hold the railing. The back yard base off the photos are not accurate at all. So that was a disappointment. Also There was no information pertaining to garbage pickup or when to put the garbage outside, so everyday we had to pay attention to what the neighbors was doing. Overall not the worst experience, but definitely not the best. But we made the best of it especially it was thanksgiving time didn’t want to spoil the mood ."

"I think it was a great place to stay at, we had our bridesmaids and groomsmen here and although we only got to use the hot tub and the inside activities it was nice to stay. Everything was really clean and they had snacks,coffee, and even an extra new toothpaste and new toothbrush incase you forgot yours. Its the extras that made it really all come together for this event. I will say we were a little worried because of the sound alert and heavy fee for it, we were hoping to be able to play some music since our guest arrived a little later and we wanted to enjoy our wedding night but decided on respecting the property rules. I would say this is not a party house more a relaxed fun type of house to stay at with family and kids instead of friends. Thank you for everything!"
