"Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay."

"The staff were friendly however the rooms were practically mid construction. Our bathroom door, which was a barn style door, completely fell off its hinges and when maintenance came to fix it he also complained it was not done properly. The makeup mirror was broken, some lights didn’t work, and the TV did not work. "

"The shower would not drain properly and was clogged, and the bed pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice, but unfortunately the two main things I care about in a hotel — sleep and a good shower — did not meet expectations. I also wish the manager had offered some kind of discount or gesture beyond just saying sorry."

"Conveniently located to cruise port parking. Hotel has a nice little restaurant and bar for dinner and breakfast which are sufficient to fill most people’s needs. The staff was amazing so helpful."
