"From the jump it was rough didn’t really get any information. Then vallet parking parked my vehicle I came down in the morning. They night shift couldn’t find my key. I had to wait and hour ina half finally figured out someone had it in the pocket the guy had to bring it back up there. I will say even through the chaos. Olivia did everything she could to make it happen and was very positive during the whole situation . I don’t remember the securities name but he was running around doing his best as well . Besides those two it was a rough experience. "

"Fantastic staff, clean rooms, great location, heat can be tricky as it's an older hotel. Wish they had better TV options as The Screen Sharing rarely works "

"Clean room, courteous staff and excellent facilities - meeting room and coffee machine...only demerit was the lack of a bureau in the room (vs a mini-bureau in the closet)."
