"Having a lake right outside the window was amazing. The hotel appears to be getting slowly remodeled, and it desperately needs it. With all of this being said though, this place has hands down, not even close, the best staff I've ever encountered. The 2 ladies that we encountered were friendly, professional, and EXCELLENT at what they do. Hopefully, when we come back to the area, this location has finished the much needed work AND kept these 2 ladies!!"

"We had the best stay! My husband, grandbaby and I are traveling to Arkansas. We made a stop here to visit friends. Excellent service from the time we checked in, clean room, breakfast area clean and lots of options. The oatmeal was my favorite with all the topping choices (walnuts, coconut shaving, pepitas, cranberries, chocolate chips much more) friendly staff. We will be back on our trip home. "

"There wasn’t a breakfast not even coffee. All the hallways smelled like marijuana or cigarette smoke. My room was non smoking and was ok didn’t smell. Bed was comfortable, clean and the shower worked. The TV has about 5 channels. I guess for the $70 I paid I didn’t have to big of expectations. The guy at check in was friendly. But didn’t see any other staff after that. "

"Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Just finished renovations so was very up to date Beds comfy. Liked the walk in shower vs tub. Will stay again."

"Rooms Definitely need updating. Bathroom was grungy and was missing grout surrounding about 1/4 of the tiles. Front desk employee was pretty rude on more than one occasion. There was however a very helpful front desk employee on the 2nd day of our stay. Pool was nice and I do think they are in the process of updating the outside at least so maybe the inside will be next. "

"The beautiful pool in the pictures doesnt exist. The hotel was fine. Clean. Breakfast could be better but honestly, Im tired of paying for hotels that show nice pools then theyre not there or dont work after you pay. "

"Check in was great ide paid for room online and she gave us a military discount when we got there. Room was clean but smelled alittle bit musty. Breakfast didnt have the eggs or meat guess we got there to late which was 8am. Overall. I give it a 4 of 5"
