Clean room, but had to switch rooms because key lock didn’t work. Outside grounds had a lot of garbage and glass around plus old mattresses piled outside the building. Pleasant helpful staff, didn’t have breakfast. Nice enough for the price but with a little cleanup work they would get a much higher rating.

Rooms were being renovated, so old furniture was placed outside fir trash pick-up. Newly renovated rooms are simply fantastic. They're doing a great job. Morning breakfast was good. With excellent coffee.

I booked three rooms for the holidays for my family that was visiting from out of town. Between my father having his own room, my brother and his fiancé having theirs, along with my daughter and her new husband, having a room three generations are represented in this review. The youngest generation was the only one impressed as they have had terrible experiences in the past at other locations. My dad said it was just a room that allowed him to sleep comfortably and get away from the loud noise of the family festivities. Meanwhile, my brother and his fiancé stated it was nothing special. I I understand you get what you pay for; my husband and I paid for them to have a room to sleep in that was near our home. Mission accomplished.

Great hotel for price-point

I traveled to care for an elderly relative and have dogs so was looking for a pet accommodation that felt safe and was restful. This location fit both of those and was a very pleasant stay. It is set off of a neighborhood with a very nice walking trail and is perfect for taking a few longer energy release walks to make the traveling with pets more enjoyable.

Room was very nice but the hallways and the floors were not vwry nice and there was a roach in the elevator and the elevator safety inspection was out of date. The elevator opened and closed all night so no one got any sleep.

Wonderful Stay Clean, Comfortable, and Great Service We had a great experience at SureStay by Best Western in Forsyth Decatur. The rooms were spotless, well-kept, and fully stocked with fresh towels. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly courteous and welcoming. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and nicely presented breakfast a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well run place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!
