"It’s not our first rodeo. That is, we’ve rented places for family vacations before and I can say that Thomas is a cut above the rest. It’s actually more unusual to have a perfect experience so what is preferable is having someone who is responsive and reasonable, The home is beautiful and comfortable. The amenities are many and unexpected ."

"The location is perfect - walk to the beach easily with little ones. If wasn't sleeping, I was sitting on the front porch on a comfy settee, watching people walk by. Met and spoke with the owners who were lovely as well as attentive. However - I was surprised at the lack of basics - I have rented many times before (not sure if via VRBO or what) and there have always been beach chairs, decent dishes, good place to sit outside,out door shower etc. Grill was unusable (to us) as were coffee pots. Next year we are going to look at Guilford or another Shoreline - maybe Madison has just gotten out of my price range. "
