"It not provides beach towel, they said we must buy beach towels if we wantvto have one. There is beach but need to have a long walk through other property, there are no sunbed, just chairs...there are nothing around hotel need to take a car and have a long drive to find restaurants. "제일 큰 빌라를 친구 4명이서 갔는데, 빌라 자체 시설은 훌륭하나. 프라이빗 풀은 바닷물과 섞여있는듯이 짠물이였으며, 2층 마스터룸에서는 샤워랑 욕조 세면대 전부 뜨거운물이 안나왔고. 청소시 환기를 했나 체크인했을때 빌라 내부 전체 및 각 방에 벌레가 엄청 많았으며, 제일 불편한점은 내선전화로 프론트랑 연결이 안되, 유선전화로 직접 전화하거나 잘로로 대화해야하고 프론트랑 직원 전체적으로 영어가 잘 안통함. 재 방문의사 없음"

"I've booked and paid in advance for a room with sea view but instead we got a room that faces the garden. Had to complain with them to get them to change. No big deal except it already ruined my vacation mood. The front desk staff speaks minimum English and the rest of the staff does not speak English at all. Foreigner beware! "Ka Ge Bay is a wonderful getaway from HCM, about 2.5 hrs away by car. The ocean is lovely (although I never swam in the ocean) to watch from the hotel. The staff were warm and friendly, although some were very inexperienced. Some went out of their way to make us feel comfortable (my wife loved the cassava cake and one member made sure she got a piece). We especially enjoyed Nhu in the restaurant. The Vietnamese food was quite good, but the chef was clearly not as comfortable with Western dishes and could use some additional coaching on them. The rooms were well kept and clean; in fact, I was impressed that the entire property looked almost new (this is an almost impossible task so close to the ocean). They served the same afternoon tea each day; I thought changing it wouldn't be that much more expensive, but it would add a lot. They should also consider offering more activities within the hotel, since there is very little to do in the immediate area. Overall, we were quite happy and would enjoy returning someday."

"Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out." I begged to reconsider and even asked for any room but the reply was fully booked. I was tired to argue for more. On our way out, we saw lots of empty rooms, empty cabins, empty bungalows. So I really didn't get it. Maybe I was misunderstood? Anyways, the place is not near the whitesand or redsand dune which the website claimed they are."
