"This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. If there were any issues, the staff sorted them out quickly and with good humour. The gym is tiny but functional. The breakfasts were very good. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a superior room which was a little small but a really strong shower. The bar service was slow due to staff making coffees most of the time. Food choice was really quite limited but the breakfasts were pretty good, although the bacon was piled high and had clearly been cooked much earlier and was like leather. Overal a reasonable stay and would stay again. "

"The staff went above and beyond!!! The desk team were always so pleasant, the bartenders went out of their way to serve us and always knew what drinks we preferred. They supplied us with ice every night. (we are American and we love our ice water at the end of the day). The atmosphere of the hotel was a Beatle’s fan dream. The location is excellent in regards to Beatles tourist sites and the Royal Albert Dock. Within walking distance of several Liverpool cultural sights. The overall area feels very safe for tourists. We loved it and would recommend the hotel!!!"
