Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
There were serious cleanliness issues with this flat. Dirty oven, hair in the sink hole, some cockroaches under the kitchen sink. It looked extremely tired, mosquito nets not functional and doors that didn't close properly. The state of the property was clearly not consistent with the photos on the Expedia website. Highly misrepresentative. There was no clarity over the check in process (no email explaining check in times or indications of where to go) and a dispute at the end concerning a refund initially promised when we complained.
