The kids played a lot of pool as well as pickle ball. The outdoor cooking area with TV was very convenient to watch the game. Nice, safe neighbourhood close to grocery store. I moved a patio chair inside so we would have two places to sit. Rearranged the coffee maker on the little table to make a space for my laptop. We picked this one for the price and location. Likely to stay there again. "
