"The hotel was great with dining in the hotel. Only problem was…..the liquid handwashing was empty. I asked for bar soap BUT THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY!"

"The ONLY issue was that the elevators weren't always working. They were hit and miss and when you are carrying a ton of luggage (moving our child into university), this was not ideal. Staff were friendly, attentive and overall our experience was great. Super clean rooms, the included breakfast was enough to get us going... loved the waffle maker. Needed more gluten-free options though."

"In a downtown core plagued by homelessness and crackheads than maybe anywhere else in Ontario...the Sheraton Hamilton was a nice respite from the sketchy surrounding area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, while there was also necessary security on-site at all times to keep out the vagrants. Room was extremely spacious and clean, bathroom was a really nice size as well. We had a beautiful view from our room of the roof of TD Coliseum and the water behind it."

"We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this property. A beautiful, clean cottage nestled on the shores of Lake Erie. Great swimming (at this time of year) and several lovely areas to relax - deck, beach and grassy area. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. Being able to take our dog was a huge plus for us too. We loved being close to Hippos, local farms, the airplane museum, mini-putt and conservation areas too. Thank you Lisa for being a great host!"
