"There was many things that were incredibly disappointing about this property. An hour before arriving we received a message to say the main bathroom toilet was blocked and they weren’t going to fix it before our stay, meaning the only toilets available were inside the 2 en-suite bathrooms. After arriving we found the house in what seemed to be mid construction. The kitchen was still covered in protective plastic, with cupboards without handles and a complete lack of cutlery, glasses and plates....

"Property was in perfect setting for us to meet as a family and safe for 2 toddlers. Some very nice touches in the bungalow. We did have a few issues that could have happened at any time. Each were dealt with promptly by the owner. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return."

"when me and my friends got to the apartment we waited outside for 25 minutes trying to get into the apartment and rang two different numbers for someone to help us and all they could say was 'well all you can do is wait for someone to go into the hotel and you follow them in' which is outrageous. when we paid for the hotel through here less than 24 hours notice they messaged me and wanted a £35 WEEKLY cleaning fee when we are only staying there for only one night?
