Staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with so many choices. Massage was amazing. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of the back rooms. We had to move as the noise from the clubs over the road made it hard to sleep. You cannot hear anything in the back rooms. Everything else was perfect.

This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

Located at decent area in Hanoi, a bit far from hustle and bustle of old town.still cozy restaurants and shops are nearby.and walking distance from old town.
Staffs are very kind and friendly.they prepared the morning food box for me to check out 3 a.m. to catch my flight.
One thing I missed is hot shower after soaking myself in hot bathtub.once fulfill the bathtub by hot water, shower’s water is not hot enough.
Overall conifer boutique hotel is worth its cost and I will chose this hotel when I come back to Hanoi.
