"A special thanks to the staff at the guest service desk I believe his name was Eugene. My hair dryer wasn’t working I went to the front desk and was told they would relay the message to staff, but he saw me and asked me is everything was ok. He went and changed it himself.
Another special thanks to the guys at the Palm Bar, Victor, Juan Miguel and Josuel. Thank you for such a great customer service and making my nights more enjoyable. The drinks were amazing and their creativeness was top!!!you guys were amazing and enjoyed their vibe!

"Every single staff member we encountered were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
Josh and Kendrick helped make our check in and check out process smooth. They gave us wonderful advice for our future travels.
We had the best time at the beach. I didn’t mind going early to get seats. Dylwin, Chris and Antoine did an amazing job. They ensured that we were well taken care of.
Louisa and Jesus were absolutely wonderful at BLT. They gave us great food and wine recommendations.
We will definitely return.

"4 days at the Boardwalk was great. Beach a short walk away and between the crowds at the Ritz and Marriot. Rooms, food, drinks, grounds all great, but the staff! I appreciated the help and friendliness of Jessica at the front desk, Coleen, Massy, Gerson, and Julen at Coco Cafe, and Sergio and Hakim on the shuttle. Other guests were also willing to smile and chat, making my stay so nice. Thank you!"
