"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. One thing that could definitely be improved is the requirement to sign a receipt every time you order food or drinks, even though the resort is all-inclusive. Having to stop and sign paperwork throughout the day becomes inconvenient and takes away from the relaxing vacation experience. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at the Sea Breeze restaurant with a waiter named Juan Sebastian. We were dining with our family, including a 3-year-old child, and it took a very long time before he even came to our table to offer us water or take our order. Once the food arrived, several items were incorrect. My husband and I both ordered our steaks well done, but they were served very undercooked and red inside. We could not eat them. My daughter ended up eating my steak, while my husband returned his completely untouched because it was not cooked as requested. The most frustrating part was that Juan Sebastian still charged us for the steak that had been returned because it was prepared incorrectly, so we ended up paying for a meal that was never eaten. He also tried to charge another member of our table who had the all-inclusive package. We had to strongly object before he finally removed that charge. A simple apology and a willingness to correct the mistakes would have made a huge difference. Instead, the entire interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful. "

"Nice property but if you pay for all inclusive you should be able to get a reservation at the restaurants on property for the length of your stay. We were able to get one at 8:30 pm. Everything was booked the rest of the week. We ended up going off property to eat. That was very disappointing probably wouldn’t return to this hotel for that reason"

"Excellent staff—very professional, friendly, and helpful\. The stunning beach was a highlight, and the food was really good\. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and stores, with good nightlife nearby, and it feels very secure\. Overall, we had a good experience\. The only downsides were that the hotel could use some updating, not all rooms have Smart TVs, and the shower water pressure was very low\ but very clean, definitely 100% recommended"

"We had a wonderful visit to the Marriott Stellaris. We would highly recommended. Staff was amazing. Full services Starbucks on site. Location was great. Walkable to the downtown area along a paved walk and beach. Plenty of food and shopping options downtown. Gianni’s Italian restaurant is very good! Plenty of activities to do. We traveled with 2 “adult” children and they had plenty during the day and night life. One piece advice, when you get there, download the BON BINI! app and go to the Towel Hut on the beach. Ask the attendant to walk you through logging in and reserving a Paplapa for the next day. Reservations open at 5p each night (for the next day) and then again at eight in the morning (for the same day), but they do go very quickly."

The Cove - Condo Hotel - Perfect Location

"We rented a 3 bedroom with balcony facing the rear of the property for a week. Easy check in process, plenty of parking for rental car. Clean condo with AC that kept us very comfortable and even chilly during our stay. We requested an additional blanket for the living room couch and were able to get that quickly. Staff is extremely helpful. King size beds in each room were comfortable. Plenty of pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler available for use. Best part is LOCATION. Walk to tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, casino, beach, ATV rental -all walking distance. The area felt safe to wander during day or night. It’s a busy area -especially at night but we didn’t hear anything from inside the condo. Condo has washer and dryer which we did use and worked great. Nice big Smart TVs in each room also. A short ride to the supermarket to get snacks and additional supplies. Condo starter items provided but we ended up purchasing additional toilet paper and paper towel for the week. Some suggestions for the owner would be to provide filters for the coffee maker and some basic cleaning supplies. I highly recommend the Cove and would definitely stay there again."
