"The manager was nice, but the lady with the dark hair that works a second shift is rude to the people that check in. I walked in my room. There’s only one set of towels mind you it’s a one bedroom, queen size suite. The door lock is broken, so there’s no safety lock that locks, you only have the one above the door knob that you can lock on the inside because the top one is broken "
