"We really liked the parking situation, location and the apartment itself. The one thing was that it was very difficult to get fresh air into the apartment. With 3 people the CO2 levels go above 1400. We ended up using the kitchen exhaust fan and opening the small vents above the door to get the CO2 levels down to acceptable levels of about 700-800. We use an Aranet4 to monitor these things. "
