The room was so cold and the heater didn’t work. The shower was also cold and never got hot. The service was very slow. The website isn’t clear about the shuttle. Not bad but lots of room to improve.

The property is beautiful, staff is lovely and helpful. The only downfall was I found a small blood stain on my cover and small little unknown insects crawling around.
