"Hotel looks rather new and room is clean. They also provide small packet prawn crackers and 4 cans of soft drink in the room. Hotel location is quite convenient about 13 minutes walk to Hang Tuah station and Pudu station. There is a link bridge 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel that links to Lalaport Bukit Bintang, a big shopping mall. There are some eateries near to the hotel. "

"Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view. The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."

"Hotel is showing its age. Hot water was not hot enough, carpet in the room should be replaced as parts of it was popping out. Staff were great though. "

"Ok will for a cheap stay it is well worth it there isn't to much about ..but a shell garage a 24hr kk ( luke 7/11) store and a shopping mall manly full of clothing for the ladys your love it... food is also very good 7th floor Bolt into KUL twin towers is about 35-40 minutes away around 32rm to 40rm pretty cheap if your walking which i recommend is way better to see wat you are missing out on in a car is 3-4 shopping malls along the way "
