Good value stay.
Nice clean decent sized room, located in a seperate building one street back from the main hotel. Usual ammenities, tea, coffee, etc andthe small fridge was useful. Has the slowest lift I have ever used; we were on the 5th floor and my son would use the stairs up to the room and beat me in the lift every time. Breakfast and dining in the main hotel, but only a 2 minute walk away so not an issue

Avoid the lido across the road.
Very comfortable and a nice experience. Down side is the location. Side street which is very busy and impossible to park. They offer access to the Lido for free - I wouldn’t bother it was a terrible experience.

The area is willing to be a nice area but still long from. Fuerthermore Urban Rooms is ok inside but IS NOT WHAT PROPOSED IN THE PHOTOS. It is right across the road from the back of 115 The Strand Hotel, where you have concierge, breakfast and amenities. The guys at concierge were very nice and helpful, but the location was not what expected.

This was a fabulous experience. I love that the Urban Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. The location was great, right off the main road. And convenient. If I was being picky, the staircase was very narrow and tight and elevator very small- I could only fit a small stroller in with myself. But that’s where the complaints begin and end. In the urban rooms building, there is a lounge and jacuzzi at the top floor. But you feel like a VIP because you check in at 115 The Strand (right around the corner) which is a nice hotel with a great lobby and luggage storage and a wellness center with a pool, sauna and sun lounge. It’s also the building with breakfast which has great harbor views. Breakfast was included with even some halal sausages as well as eggs, pastries, fruit, beans, cereals etc and there were even welcome drinks! You can also use the pool and lounge across the street- a full 5 star review for a wonderful experience. Location was also perfect- an 8 min walk to the Sliema ferry to take you to Valetta and lots of tour operators in the area to show you the rest of Malta!

GREAT STAY FOR OUR WEEK IN MALTA
Great value for money! We had a lovely stay for a week, the breakfast was great, lots of choices and the breathtaking view from the breakfast room was amazing. Though we were actually in Urban Rooms which is around the corner from the main hotel it was only a metre walk to the hotel. The rooms were really modern, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The best part was the hotel has a beach club across the road on the edge of the harbour and guests of Urban Rooms part of the Neu Collective can use the club free of charge, what a great club to relax at after a day our siteseeing or if you want a day to relax spend the day there, food and drinks are also served there. Fantastic property would definitely stay again.

Very good breakfast on 9th floor with view over the bay, served in another building nearby (115 Strand Hotel). Modern & refurbished room. Big new TV. Pillow horrible. Big bathroom with rainshower (not good if you don't want your hair wet) +wall shower too low on the wall.

Modern rooms in very good location
Located in an additional building right behind, and managed by, 115 The Strand hotel. The room seemed brand new, was well and modernly equipped and clean. There is no reception in the building (it's at the hotel) and there is access to some of the hotel's facilities. The breakfast is also at the hotel - it was pretty good, with both hot and cold options, good enough variety for at least a few days. While having to walk to the hotel for breakfast is perhaps no big deal most of the times, in November when it can rain a lot it can be more tricky. There is some noise in the area from nearby construction. Overall a very good option in good location, but saved from some of the nightly noise by being 1 block back from the seafront.

Really fantastic room close to everything
Absolutely fantastic accommodation, room was very big, clean and modern. daily housekeeping also give a free bottle of water each day. Breakfast was on the 9th floor of the 115 The Strand hotel next dor and it was fantastic, I had a full English breakfast each morning. Urban Rooms doesn't have a reception but you are taken care of by the front desk at 115 The Strand.

The staff are ever so helpful, they go out of their way. Thankfully all reception staff speaks excellent English and check in/out is super fast. They don’t waste time. Room is very spacious, comfortable bed, super modern, stylish, tea/coffee provided, big bathroom with amenities. Location is central, with plenty of cafes, restaurants around. One thing I found strange was that I couldn’t change the AC temperature, it felt very warm at times.

The hotel complex was very clean and the rooms were modern and well equipped. I had picked this place as I thought it would be quieter than a hotel on the Sliema waterfront, and although there were a few people around past midnight, I was able to sleep well. Hotel staff and the caterers for the inclusive breakfast were very helpful and courteous, and the view across the harbour from the breakfast bar balcony was lovely to see every morning!

The room and bathroom were really nice. Quite new, clean and spacious. Elevator didn't work properly, we couldn't call it up to the 3rd floor to take us down It would take us up ok but not down. Told reception twice but no fix done while we were there.

We encountered a few problems during our vacations. We had some water issues, hot water was brown in the middle of the week and we had to go to another hotel to shower for 3 days because they couldn’t give us another room. We had a mysterious issue with our clothes that have been stained and obviously, it was cleaning product stains. We talked about it with someone at the reception because we weren’t even in the room when those stains appeared, but they couldn’t do anything for us. And when we arrived, the tv in our room wasn’t functioning as it should, so even if it was not a big issue, it was a lot because of the 2 other issues we had to deal with. The room wasn’t cleaned enough in our opinions because there was some dust and we were allergic because of that. However, the employees were nice and the place was nice too. There are many restaurants around and we were near Sliema.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer Nebenstrasse. Zimmer war sehr schön und vollkommen ausreichend. Zimmer wurde jeden tsg sehr ordentlich gesäubert. Das Frühstück war in einem anderen Hotel der Gruppe aber gut zu erreichen nur 2 Minuten laufen. Dss Frühstück war sehr gut, ausreichend und vom Frühstücksraum hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und Valletta . Kann die Unterkunft ohne Abstriche empfehlen.

La struttura si trova direttamente sul lungomare in posizione strategica, sta vicino a tutto e panoramica con una terrazza per colazioni ed Happy hour con vista strepitosa.Le camere sono nuove e le foto sul sito sono reali i letti comodissimi. C'è anche una piccola spa panoramica con tutto il necessario.La colazione è ottima e abbondante il personale gentilissimo e professionale, peccato non aver potuto provare la stupenda piscina all'aperto Aqualuna. Questo hotel ha reso ancora più piacevole il soggiorno a Malta. Bellissima scoperta ci ritorneremo

I stayed in the Urban Rooms. Check-in/out went smoothly. The room was spacious and simple. It is behind the boulevard of Sliema. With the windows closed, it is quit silent. Breakfast was simple and sadly no fresh ingredients used, so not worth it.

Hotelrummet är stort och fint. Madrassen lite hård. 4 kuddar med varierande hårdhet. Lyhört och du störs av ljud från byggnad och från gatan. Pool etc finns inte i själva byggnaden utan längre bort i annan byggnad och längst med kajen. Frukost äts på hotellet bredvid. Receptionen är i byggnaden bredvid. Personalen pratar bruten snabb engelska som är svår att förstå och lämnar information som inte stämmer, exempelvis att jacuzzi som är utomhus är inomhus. Att det finns onklädningsrum vid poolen när det inte finns. Frukosten är trist och inte god alls. Hotellrestaurangen använde noll salt i maten så maten var därefter. Vid påpekande sa de bara att man kunde salta själv.
