Room was perfect (corner suite with terrace) comfortable and exceptionally clean, lovely toiletries, good stock of coffee, tea, water etc. The team very friendly and so very helpful and breakfasts were fabulous. "The hotel and the adjacent New York Cafe were architecturally magnificent! The room and spa amenities were top notch. The staff members were all helpful. The location was convenient and walkable to restaurants and landmarks. Only negative comment is that the elevators needed a sweep on a regular basis. Getting our breakfast orders were slow at times. . Otherwise, everything was great. We will definitely stay here again. "
