"Old and rundown , a/c dont work . Rooms very modest and underwhelming"

"Best hotel ever. We love this hotel. It was our first time to Panama City and we were so happy with our experience. The hotel is a gem, we really appreciated the full kitchen (especially with a toddler!) Full kitchen! Fridge, oven, microwave. I didn't want to leave. There are two buildings- the main building by the beachside. A great outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool) and feet from the turquoise sea. The view is extraordinary. There is also a tiki bar by the pool area. We stood in the other building, smaller and across the street. Perfectly fine because we had our own indoor pool area, and another kiddie pool! This place is magic. The hotel was established around 1978, so think of chill retro vibe of 70/80s Florida. I hope to come back to Panama City and Palmetto is where we will stay <3"

"No closet nowhere to put your clothes was really messed up and they said the dog ain't going to Beach to go down tomorrow and let her dogs all over me"

"My husband and I visited for our anniversary and had a wonderful time! The resort is directly on the beach and offers an abundance of amenities! We enjoyed playing pool in the tiki bar and lounging by the pool. If you have little ones there’s plenty to keep them busy! I particularly enjoyed the on site ice cream shop, my husband enjoyed the kayaks that are available to rent. Be sure to check out Thomas’ Doughnuts right up the street too, they’re a hidden gem! Coconut’s right across the street also has great happy hour specials. Our room offered everything we needed and was very clean. Overall great location for a great price, we’ll be back! "

"Very disappointed with the room, the floors were dirty, sand , very sticky like they haven’t been mopped in weeks, that was all through the room, the bed needs attention every time you moved it sounded like it was going to hit the floor."

"Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything going on next door. And at night the whole places smelled like weed."
