"This property is so close to the cathedral . And even though it’s hard to park at Rouen , coz many people come here because of the history , there’s a parking right in front of the hotel . You just have to pay … the rate is not that bad . It’s all about convenience when you travel in a new place . Coz going to a new place alone is stressful …. Knowing you are set with parking and have a good hotel in a good location really helps "

"Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast! It was the best of our whole trip. The cheeses presented were delightful and not ordinary! The pastries were crisp and so fresh! I loved the scrambled eggs. They tasted so much better than in the USA. Everything was great, the staff was amazing! "

"The room was exceptionally clean with nice beddings and furniture, which was a pleasant surprise considering the low price. The only minor issue was the area around it. There's a lot of construction and development around the area, which I'm sure will look great in a few years. It is only a few minutes walk to the river which is a very nice area, and about a 25 minute walk to the town centre. For its price it's a great place to stay. "
