"Great location. Clean, modern facilities. Loved the roof top pool and bar!"

"Stayed at Lotte past two years, and I changed this year to a different hotel down nearby. I was mistaken. I changed back to Lotte in the middle of my stay in South Korea, because I knew Lotte had everything I needed: big, clean room. Laundry onsite. A bus limousine that picks you up in front of hotel. And a pretty good breakfast: Korean and American style. More importantly, Lotte is situated so close to the big E-Mart, which makes shopping and eating convenient. Lastly, the staff is friendly and will go out of their way to resolve any issues. Last year, for instance, I had issue with my Internet in hotel room and they promptly and quickly rectify it. In short: the Lotte brand lives up to its goal of excellence! I will stay again--next year!!! A. Ko"

"Great hotel — very convenient location on the subway line (especially to/from the airport), and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options (I didn’t purchase the option with breakfast included initially, but ended up going to the buffet breakfast every day for the 5 days I was there because it was so good). The gym is small with minimal equipment (no barbells or smith machine). I didn’t try the pool myself but it looked like it was a decent size. "

"My room was on the high floor and good view. However, the room was a little warm on the first few days and the AC was not controlled by the room controller. The bath room did not have vent to remove steam after shower and made the room hotter and humid. The amenities were good but they did not have a lounge to sit, either. It is a nice hotel and good basics but few were missing considering the brand Shilla."
