"Nice breakfast, excellent atmosphere. Unfortunately we got tired of it since it was more or less the same thing for 5 days. The staff seems not very self confident, but this might have to do with the culture. I would have appreciated a restaurant recomandation, rather than a QR code with too many options. The elevator is rather inefficient, as it doesn't ring when it reaches the level. I did not like that you have to pay more the 12 Euros to use the pool. It is not worth paying for a 15 minute swim. Nobody goes there to spend the day. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the whole hotel. Excellent bathroom with wonderful city view. 😊 "

"The in‑room washer and dryer were a huge plus, and the room itself had everything we needed. I’d happily stay there again. Renovations were happening while we were there, but it was surprisingly quiet and the construction didn’t disrupt our stay."

"The hotel is in a very convenient and easy-to-find location. It’s right near Sigil Station on Line 5 — just take Exit 3, walk straight, then turn left, and you’ll see the hotel at the intersection. The breakfast was also quite good, especially the Korean-style options, which were very tasty. However, there were a few downsides. I was traveling alone and was only given one small pillow, which was not very comfortable. I had to go to the front desk to request an extra one. The bedroom itself is quite small, which wasn’t a big issue, but the refrigerator is placed very close to the bed and makes a lot of noise, which affected my sleep."
