"15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the Edinburgh city centre by tram, really convenient. There are Tesco and Aldi in just 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff. Spacy room with a funny toilet door. Lots of charging plugs. Powerful shower with good drainage."

"We stayed a night at the Haymarket location. The location is very close to the tram station so the connection to airport and the main tourist attraction is great . Lots of restaurants in and around the hotel. The staff was helpful and helped store our luggage before and after our stay, which was super helpful! The rooms were clean and great choices of tea/coffee and also espresso! Would definitely recommend it for the price, location and amenities compared to the very expensive hotels near the castle."

"Great hotel for the value. Staff were super helpful and made us reservations as well as good recommendations on restaurants. Good value for money. Room was great, clean and spacious. Breakfast was also a good buffet!"

"Very well located hotel, walkable to pretty much all parts of Edinburgh and all the buses for public transport were right out front. FYI- no Ubers are allowed on Princes St. The hotel itself is falling apart. The elevator access was a complete pain with the card readers and the room was TINY. We had two pieces of checked baggage and two carry-ons meaning there was no space in the room for us to even stand. The shower drainage and ventilation of the bathroom was awful so the room was always stuffy feeling. I had breakfast at their on-site restaurant and it was pretty underwhelming compared to the other hotels we stayed at during this trip. Would stay here again in a pinch, but will likely try another property if I visit Edinburgh again. The staff is all lovely though! Shout out to Craig who was very friendly and helpful."
