"The hotel location was amazing as we were in Phu Quoc for a family vacay with two kids and wanted to go to the Safari, VinWonders and Grandworld which is basically right next door to the hotel. The staff were very helpful with everything. The breakfast buffet was lovely with great options. The pool wasn’t a pool it was a huge pool and the private beach - breath taking! The only thing is the rooms are dated I.e. you know it’s old when there are no USB ports next to your bed, at the desk etc. Besides that minor detail everything was amazing! Would I return - for sure! Would I recommend to others - already have!"

"This large resort offers stunning views and spacious rooms, but it is severely let down by poorly trained staff and structural issues. While the apartments are massive, they lack a cozy feel. During my stay, I dealt with a leaking toilet and persistent lizard noises that kept me awake every night. As a multilingual traveler, I didn't expect perfect English, but the staff lacked basic hospitality and communication skills; surprising for a Meliá property, as no one spoke Spanish, Mandarin, or Japanese either. Location-wise, the resort is in the north, far from the best attractions in the south, though hiring an affordable driver makes exploring easy. Lastly, while the breakfast is generous, the menu never changes and becomes incredibly repetitive."

"This is an amazing resort and we highly recommended it for your future stay. Villas are very spacious and clean, and staff is amazingly polite and welcoming. Location is perfect for theme parks and safari, also the beach is amazing. We would definitely stay again in the future."

"Hotel is great, perfect view and convenient location. The garden walk inside hotel is also very comfortable with many photo spot. I also want thank Ms Truc who helped me to arrange the shipping of one important short suit lost in room when checked out, my wife was very happy because she got this item back. I have no Vietnam No., so I can not pay when I receive the shipment. Ms Truc kindly paid it before shipping so I finally receive this item in Hotel Grand Saigon. I truly appreciate. Will say here again during my next visit."
