The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours.
