"Clean, quiet, great staff."

"The views from the house were amazing! We could see snow on the Sierra Nevada mountains. We felt we could also be viewing the rolling green hills of Italy with the Cypress trees surrounding the property. We had a little trouble with the front door lock when we arrived, but Victor from Evolve came to the rescue in 5 minutes. He was so nice. The house is an older home and could use a bit of tlc in the bathrooms but it worked. Beds are comfortable. Maybe a new coffeemaker would be nice. It worked but it gave the coffee a bitter taste. All in all a great stay. I would like to come again and bring my two small dogs. They would love all the safe running space. The 200 fee for pets seems steep. Humans can do more damage than pets. Thank you for letting us share your vacation home."

"Worn bedside tables. Otherwise a motel style room where you park directly outside. Clean, safe neighborhood. Annoyingly loud heater that kicks on and off."

"Middletown is a cute little town about 17 mi. North of Calistoga. The house was great! More than plenty of room for two people. It was clean and had everything we needed. Shannon was a great host and answered my messages very quickly and let us check out an hour late. I would recommend and hope to return!"

"The host Rodrigo was so attentive and held a private wine tasting for us at the house. He checked in regularly to make sure all was ok. The house is in a great location and is on and surrounded by beautiful vineyards. There was a lot to do - a pool table which was much used and lots of walks on the property. "

"It was a welcome surprise that they provided the coolers as well as the replaceable ice packs. The cooking materials were well equipped as well. The linens and sheets were clean and comfortable.The spacing of the tents is very good for privacy. I would only suggest a few things to make it better for future guests. An EV charger would be convenient for those who drive EV cars . Aside from bicycles, maybe add an ATV or golf carts for rent so families can enjoy roaming the property together specially if they have small children who doesn’t know how to ride a bike yet or families who have mobility issues. That way they won’t be left behind while others ride their bikes. All in all we enjoyed our 2 night stay and will definitely be back."

"We chose this location because it is animal friendly. It was about an hour away from our job site. We stayed here for work. The house is amazing. The windows on both sides of house open completely up, which was fantastic because the weather was beautiful. The host and hostess were always available within a short amount of response time. The property is full gated and fenced in. That is a plus when having to travel with work trucks that have expensive equipment in the bed of truck. Also great when having pets running around outside. The drive up to the house is breathe taking. Almost all the houses have grapes growing on the property and the winding roads have such beautiful landscape to look at. The only downfall I found with this location is the only way to rent it is at least 4 weeks at a time. I only found this location on VRBO was by putting in the dates a month at a time. If I put less than that, the property does not show up. So not sure if its the way the property owner wants to only rent it that way or if its a VRBO thing on this property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing, quiet, secluded, safe, and beautiful place to stay. We will definitely be renting this location again if we come back to this area to work."

"Rustridge isn't just a bed and breakfast. Rustridge is an experience. While the accommodations are dated, they are wonderfully maintained. The property on which the comfortable facility is resting is embraced by nature as well its what I can only describe as lovingly kept grounds and gardens. The pool is situated next to tennis courts that allow for "Half-court basketball".Then, there is the food. Susan and Ramona prepare breakfast feasts!In addition to the rustc main house, there is an addition, more modern lodge accross the road from the ranch house. Yes! This is a working horse ranch! Guests are welcome to stroll across the expansive property.Rustridge is a California Wine Country hidden treasure!"
