From the location to the warm welcome we received from the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. The entire reception team was incredibly attentive and helpful, including the staff who assisted us with recommendations and coordinating activities during our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, and the cocktails were excellent as well. Above all, what really stood out was the level of service. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at the Colón Gran Meliá again. A wonderful experience from beginning to end."
