Nice, Comfortable Hotel & Room at Excellent Price

This was a wonderful, comfortable hotel and room. I was initially concerned because it was pretty far away from the downtown Seville area but the price was much less than the hotels downtown and the public transportation system works well so it only takes about 20 minutes to get there.

Average stay.

The photos have nothing to do with real, the building is old, and needs a lot of repairs. The fixtures in room are also broken and needs replacement. Tennis court are present but rusted and need cleaning and pain. The swimming pool is also difficult to access and the water smells. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. They tried best to make check-in and out easy.

We first arrived a bit shell shocked after staying in quaint hostels in Southern Spain. This place is large, Soviet-block style, and in a more crowded suburb than in quaint Cordoba & Granada (of course Seville is a bigger city than these, so shouldn't be a big surprise). So it took some time to adjust but once we did, we had a pleasant stay here. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette that did the trick (only problem was no wine opener so I had to buy one at a supermarket). Parking was comped in the adjacent underground garage, with a convenient elevator to the floor where our room was.

Hotel receptionist are kind and helpful. Approximately 30 minutes from all of the tourist attractions. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day. Overall worth the money if you are on a limited budget.

I sttayed here for convenience, space and the fact I could park a car. So it fits my needs. Without a car it would be maybe fro someone staying a long time in the city or so. The area is a little run down but the super market around the corner is perfectly stocked. For certain travelers it is perfect.

There was a constant smell of tobaco in all the rooms and halls. People smoked in their rooms and halls 24/7 and the smoke went through the ventilations to all other rooms, wether our ventilation was on or off.

Ficamos em Madri em um Hotel Vertice (mesma rede). 05 dias! E a limpeza e organização das camas e troca de toalhas eram diárias! Nesse hotel ficamos os 4 dias sem troca de toalhas, e os Lixos na portaria, a recepção disse que tínhamos que levar na rua nos coletores. As condições da cozinha o armário reservado ao frigor bar estava com a madeira da porta emperrada e soltando a fórmica. Precisa de manutenção. Utensílios de cozinha precários, precisamos pedir e buscar saca-rôlha na recepção e só abrem a garrafa se dirigindo ao restaurante.

Nous étions dans la partie appartement, la clim n’a pas fonctionné pendant 3 jours (sur les 6 jours où nous étions présentes) au bout du 3e jour ils viennent la réparer, le 4e jour nous demandons un geste commercial (indemnités) et on nous propose de changer de chambre (aucune logique vu que la clim fonctionnait et que l’on demandait un dédommagement concernant les 3 jours sans clim), le personnel ne parle pas français (contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur expedia) et fait peu d’efforts en anglais. concernant la piscine, elle correspond aux photos, pas de transat pour la partie appartements nous étions en demi-pension, buffet basique mais pas très fourni ni divers pour le nettoyage, la première fois la femme de ménage a changer que les draps mais n’a rien nettoyé ni vidé les poubelles et la deuxième fois elle a allumé la clim et ouvert les fenêtres (quelle utilité ?) de plus une fois la carte de l’appartement rendu (donc à 10h) impossible de rester dans les parties communes (piscine) et de déposer sa valise dans le local prévu pour, en attendant le vol. seul avantage, les arrêts de bus pas loin je ne conseille pas du tout car en cas de problème le personnel ne prête pas particulièrement attention à vos demandes
