The apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double sofa bed, ensuring rest for everyone. It also has 2 full bathrooms with shower for your comfort, as well as a toilet. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and everything necessary to prepare your favourite meals. It also has a small second kitchen.

The most special thing about this apartment is its magnificent terrace, the perfect space to relax, enjoy the fresh air and enjoy the views. Here you can completely disconnect whilst enjoying the sea breeze. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture so you can enjoy it to the fullest.

The location is simply unique. We are just a few metres from the village of Alcalá and very close to the famous La Jaquita Beach, just 850 metres away. Furthermore, you have direct access to rocky beaches and one of the best seafront promenades on the island, where you will find natural pools, sandy beaches, children's playgrounds and sports areas. The sunsets from here are spectacular.

The apartment features WiFi to keep you connected, TV for entertainment and an iron for your clothes. Check-in is flexible from 16:00 to 23:00 hours, and check-out is at 11:00 hours. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside.
