"This hotel is nestled in one of the safest neighborhoods in Guatemala city, being maybe some 3 kilometers from the ore commercial and touristic areas of it. It is still close to some excellent restaurants, high end shopping malls and very close to the airport. Rooms are large, clean and bright. I’d stay here again and again(which i have). Very recommended if your goal is staying in a quiet, yet accessible place."

"L’hôtel est très accommodant. J’ai dû changer mes dates suite à une erreur et ils ont été réactifs autant que compréhensifs. Oscar a veillé à ce que je me déplace sécuritairement et rentre bien le soir. Quel être humain aimable et empathique. La fraîcheur de la piscine est bienvenue et l’emplacement est parfait pour choisir des restaurants aux gammes variées de prix!"

"All good other than having the room in front of the elevator was noisy all the time, had I stayed more than one night , I would have requested a move."

"Hotel was beautiful, clean and spacious, I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was delicious, and well worth the early wake up! The hotel distance to Oakland mall, was very short distance, obviously with traffic it does add to the trip! But it’s all in the fun of traveling. please note that the hotel does offer 24hr airport shuttle but at a cost, not free or included, and the fee is in US dollars."
