Very good location

It was what I expected, very good location with access to everything around, very safe and secure and the staff is very friendly The apartment is a little small but cozy and it's has enough to be used during the staying

Perfect stay w/2 teenagers near Cayala in Guatemala

This is a clean and modern new property near Cayala and the host, Marcela, was extremely responsive. The unit was perfect for our family of four - two adults and two big teenage boys. The unit is small but has lots of natural light and is well laid out especially for our boys who wanted their own beds and bathroom space. We were out daily visiting family or taking side trips and didn't need space to prep or eat food, but had enough kitchenware and space to make coffee/tea and/or heat leftovers every day. The washing machine/dryer are a big bonus and work perfectly. Taxis/Ubers know how to get there but if you are a new driver in Guatemala it can get a little tricky - be patient and use Waze. We were within walking distance to Cayala and close to many restaurants, shops and an Urgent Care along the way. We felt very safe and welcomed on this trip and would absolutely stay there again on our next visit.
