This is a residence, designed and renovated for the conviviality of my family, in one of the pieces we love the most in Guarujá. Discreet, urban, with excellent neighbors and close to everything. Renovated apartment with 03 bedrooms, two suites, wardrobes designed in each, wireless ceiling fans and air conditioning. also new bathrooms, all with hygienic showers, new showers and plenty of sockets; third bedroom with independent bathroom, also renovated.
Two living rooms, one with a 4-seater table, the other with a modular chaise sofa for up to 0 7 people, 65 "TV, flower box and balcony, also with wireless ceiling fans and air conditioning. Kitchen with coktop 05 burners installed in island, central exhaust fan, microwave, built-in electric oven, refrigerator, cabinets for utensils and groceries; service area. The fit has two entrances, social and service, private hall, only fit on the floor. Building with 05 units, garage, allows a stored vehicle
