Lovely spot

The apartment was lovely. Well appointed and in a charming village that was quiet, but had a few good restaurants. My only complaint is that the apartment doesn't have a washing machine, so longer stays might be an issue. I'd come back!

Slow live in Tuscany

If you are looking for a real Tuscan experience outside the mass tourist routes, this is the right place! A very cosy apartment after a complete renovation, located in the heart of the beautiful village of Guardistallo. Within walking distance of a bar and several very good restaurants, and just 12 km from the coast. There is a small patio where you can enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine. Larger cars need to be parked outside, but there are plenty of public parking spaces available.

Vergognoso

Prenotato 3 posti letto.Invece posti letto 2. dopo proteste aggiunta brandina per dormire terza persona. Locale che puzzava di muffa insopportabile, dopo 15 giorni di areazione puzzava ancora. All' arrivo i bidoni della pattumiera erano pieni di spazzatura. Mancava attrezzature per pulizia casa che dopo lamentele è stata aggiunta . Manca stendino per asciugare panni. L' inquilina di sopra di notte cammina con gli zoccoli...

Eine schöne Wohnung , wenige Schritte vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Im Ort eine gute Bar für den morgendlichen Capuccino, Restaurants, ein Bäcker, zwei Alimentari, die Kirche ....also alles da.

Schöne Gegend mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, nahe am Meer und mit vielen Restaurant mit guter Küche. Das Appartement verfügt über viele Komfort und Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr wohnlich und Angenehm. Einzige Kritikpunkte: - Nachbarin (oben) lauft mit Holzzockeln rum - Einfahrt und Parkplatz sehr eng - Der Putzraum stinkt

Gut mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Unterkunft ist so wie auf den Bildern: sehr gemütlich, ziemlich gross und modern. Leider roch das Wohnzimmer ziemlich modrig, auch nach gutem Durchlüften blieb der Geruch die zwei Wochen während unserem Aufenthalt - vermutlich hat es mal reingeregnet und der Teppich wurde feucht. Den kleinen Abstellplatz auf dem Vorplätzchen kann nicht wirklich als Parkplatz genutz werden, das Auto haben wir auf der Strasse parkiert. Guardistallo ist sehr hübsch und ruhig, wir haben uns super erholen können.

Grosses Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Schrank. Grosses Badezimmer mit Regenwalddusche. Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch und großem Fernseher. 2 Klimaanlagen für Schlaf- u. Wohnzimmer. Schöne, kleine Terrasse die auf unsere Anfrage mit einem großen Sonnenschirm aufgewertet wurde. Vielen Dank dafür nochmals an L., den Interchalet Manager. WLAN TOP! Wir kommen wieder
