"What a lovely property! Host is wonderful and helpful and responds quick if you have any questions. When you think about the price of a killer QP of “amenities” that are included this place is just an insane deal. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future and would highly, highly recommend to any guests looking for a 420 friendly place to stay. Also has a full kitchen with labeled pots/pans, utensils, dishes, etc. Overall 10/10 can’t wait to stay again "

"Loved the Nipomo cabin. Our stay was excellent, albeit there were some issues that I will point out in this review. 1) entry instructions are incorrect. It states to touch keypad to activate it. When you do touch it, I inadvertently touched a number, which made the code entry wrong. Contacted and spoke to Susan and she helped us get access. Entry instructions should not state to touch the keypad to activate. 2) Garbage disposal did not work. Requires maintenance or replacement. 3) Shower door in master bedroom has defective rubber stripping. Shower door handle does not keep door closed while showering. Requires maintenance. 4) Bedrooms should have sun blocking curtains like the master bedroom has!! Guests sleeping in other rooms were subjected to early morning bright sunlight. They were awoken at first sunlight. At approximately 350/night rental, folks should be able to “sleep in” if they choose. "

"Peri was the BEST VRBO host we have ever had. She communicated well, gave clear instructions and was available at all hours. What an amazing experience for my grandchildren (age 10 and 12). Peri went above and beyond explaining everything quite thoroughly. I can’t say enough about how positive every moment was that we spent on the property. The house was clean, roomy, up to date with many amenities. I highly recommend this property. "

"The location was outstanding and the quality of interior and exterior most excellent. Very good communication with owners and representative. The condo was quite comfortable with a good view. Bed rooms and kitchen were quite comfortable and contained everything we needed"

"When we got to the property we had an issue with cleanliness of the property. I immediately called Michelle the property manager and she had the unit cleaned within 2 hours while we went to dinner. Also had a coffee machine issue. She had a brand new delivered from Walmart with coffee. Outstanding stay. "

"A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). That said we had a peaceful and reasonably comfortable night. This is a small very new and quite well-equipped apartment, an annex to a house in a modern subdivision. Bring your own consumables (shampoo and shower gel provided). Small town shops and restaurants nearby and a useful laundromat, most close by around 8pm.Good value and I would stay again if passing."
