Our room was impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The Smart TV with cable, Amazon, and Netflix was a thoughtful modern touch that complemented the hotel’s historic ambiance. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool area, which was pristine and beautifully maintained—a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The service throughout our stay was seamless and accommodating. Late checkout was provided without difficulty, and the hotel staff graciously arranged transportation to the airport, making our departure completely stress-free. "

I was double charged for a breakfast meal. It has been over a month since my visit and I am still waiting for my refund. The staff were very friendly and polite. "
