I LOVE staying at Hilton Midtown. Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, the shopping can’t be more accessible (they even have a grocery store at the bottom level with great food options!) Very close to great restaurants and downtown Guadalajara. The level of safety you feel is unbeatable.

EXCELLENT Stay!

EXCELLENT experience for my first stay at this hotel. I have been to the center and restaurants many times, but never stayed at the hotel before. OUTSTANDING service, very quick check-in, automatic upgrade and beautiful common areas, especially the bar area. Just wonderful!

The property was very nice, clean and there was plenty of options for dining, shopping nearby. I requested early check in through my Hilton app and was emailed that it was not approved. However when I arrived I was able to pay for early check in which was odd. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful for getting us a cab and answering questions about activities. Rafael at the bar/restaurant was excellent for helping us out with a lot of questions we had. And he and the security Luis gave us another place to hang out when the pool and the executive lounge closed which we appreciated.

I feel like every time I book a hotel, with Expidia I feel like they give me the worse room I reserve two rooms, one for one night and the other one for three nights. The one I reserve for three nights the shower was broken and it was missing a night stand table.

Mediocre experience

Hotel is nice enough. Was our second stay there in 9 months. Probably won’t stay here again. There’s no privacy in the bathroom with shower and toilet doors both made of glass. Additionally our toilet was broken and running the entire time. Housekeeping knows it’s an issue but did nothing. From the front desk, I asked for water to be delivered to our room and was assured it would be right up. Never came.
