The service was remarkable! Nightly turn down with chocolates and water bottles, very special. Front desk welcoming and gave us great ideas on how to spend a free day. Excellent, upscale hotel. In-hotel restaurant features a buffet breakfast, but we ordered off the menu. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. OXXO market nearby, as was a wine/liquor store. Guadalajara traffic is congested, so an Uber to Centro or Tlaquepaque was 30-40 minutes.
